Delivery

Delivery:

You can have the product sent home by mail. Packages under 2kg. by weight in standard size are sent by B mail.

Time from order to delivery is usually 2-4 working days, for products marked "in stock".

The buyer has the right to cancel the order if there are delays in delivery to us. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the correct address is provided when placing an order.

The buyer will receive a message by email when we ship the product from us.

Customer information:

When ordering, the buyer fills in information such as name, e-mail address and address. When placing an order, the buyer agrees that this information will be entered into our customer database. Petit.is guarantees that this information will be treated as confidential and will not be made available to others.

 

Sales and returns:

Return/exchange rights do not apply to products purchased on sale.

 
All purchases from the stock sale are final.
Products purchased at the stock sale do not have the right of return or exchange.

Product return:

You can return a product within 14 days of ordering. The buyer can cancel the order free of charge if there are delays in processing. If the product does not meet the buyer's expectations regarding quality or color, the buyer can return the product within 14 days, the product must be unused, with all tags and in the original packaging. We will refund the product within 10 days of receiving it. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please send an email to the email address petit(at)petit.is before returning the product.

 

Credit notes:

When returning a product, the customer has the right to receive a credit note if a new product is not included in the returned product.

Complaints:

If the product is defective or the buyer is in any way dissatisfied with the purchase, we encourage the buyer to contact us so that we can resolve the issue together. If a defective product is returned, shipping costs will be refunded. It is important to us that our customers are satisfied, and therefore we encourage our customers to contact us if they believe that a product or service has been unsatisfactory.
