Products purchased at the warehouse sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Petit reserves the right to cancel orders, for example due to incorrect pricing information or to stop offering product types without notice. The right to confirm orders by telephone is reserved.

Price:

Shipping costs within Iceland are ISK 790,- and to other European countries it is up to ISK 4,000,- We reserve the right to change prices without notice as well as to make typographical errors on our website www.Petit.is . All prices include 24% VAT. Orders with home delivery are sent to your door by Iceland Post.

Paid online:

You can pay with Visa and Mastercard. Payment is fast and secure via Pay card, you can also pay via Netgíró, their terms can be found at Netgiro.is . Please note that you cannot pay with Netgíró in stores, only in online stores.

Delivery:

You can have the product sent to your home by mail. Packages under 2kg. in weight in regular size are sent by B post.

All orders are processed the same day or the next business day after ordering. The time from order to delivery is usually 2-4 business days , for products that are in stock.

The buyer has the right to cancel an order if there are delays in delivery to us. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the correct address is provided when ordering.

The buyer will receive an email message when we dispatch the product.

Customer information:

When ordering, the buyer fills in information such as name, email address and address. When ordering, the buyer agrees that this information will be included in our customer database. Petit.is guarantees that this information will be treated as confidential and will not be given to third parties under any circumstances.

Sales and product returns:

The right of return/exchange does not apply to products purchased on sale.

Product return:

You can return a product within 14 days of placing your order ( does not apply to products purchased on sale). The buyer can cancel the order free of charge if there are delays in delivery. If the product does not meet the buyer's expectations regarding quality or color, the buyer can return the product within 14 days, the product must be unused, with all tags and in the original packaging. If the product is sealed, the seal must not be broken. If the buyer does not want to exchange the product for another product, a credit note will be issued after the product is received. The credit is in the form of a code or strip, which can be used both in-store and online. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please send an email to petit(at)petit.is before returning the product.

Credit notes:

When returning a product, the customer is entitled to receive a credit note if a new product is not included in the returned product. Does not apply to products purchased on sale.

Complaints:

If the product is defective or the buyer is in any way dissatisfied with the purchase, we encourage the buyer to contact us and bring the product to us, whether by shipment or in our store, so that we can resolve the issue together. If a defective product is returned, the shipping cost will be refunded. It is important to us that our customers are satisfied, and therefore we encourage our customers to contact us if they feel that the product or service has been unsatisfactory.
If a product is defective, customers will be offered a new product in exchange and we will pay the associated shipping costs, or refund the product if required.

Law and venue
This agreement is in accordance with Icelandic law. If any dispute arises in connection with it, it shall be heard in the Reykjavík District Court.
