Delivery
Delivery:
You can have the product sent to your home by mail. Packages under 2kg. in weight in regular size are sent by B post.
Time from order to delivery is usually 2-4 business days, for products marked "for delivery from stock".
The buyer has the right to cancel an order if there are delays in delivery to us. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the correct address is provided when ordering.
The buyer will receive an email message when we dispatch the product.
Customer information:
When ordering, the buyer fills in information such as name, email address and address. When ordering, the buyer agrees that this information will be included in our customer database. Petit.is guarantees that this information will be treated as confidential and will not be provided to others.
Sales and product returns:
The right of return/exchange does not apply to products purchased on sale.
All purchases at the stock sale are final.
Products purchased at the warehouse sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Product return:
You can return the product within 14 days of placing the order. The buyer can cancel the order free of charge if there are delays in delivery. If the product does not meet the buyer's expectations regarding quality or color, the buyer can return the product within 14 days, the product must be unused, with all tags and in the original packaging. We will refund the product within 10 days of receiving it in the case of an online order. Shipping costs are not refundable. If the product is purchased in a store, it will be refunded within 24 hours if the product meets the following conditions regarding condition. Please send an email to petit(at)petit.is before returning the product.
Credit notes:
When returning a product, the customer has the right to receive a credit note if a new product is not included in the returned product.
Complaints:
If the product is defective or the buyer is in any way dissatisfied with the purchase, we encourage the buyer to contact us so that we can resolve the matter together. If a defective product is returned, the shipping costs will be refunded. It is important to us that our customers are satisfied and therefore we encourage our customers to contact us if they feel that the product or service was unsatisfactory.
