- How does pre-ordering a Bugaboo product work?

If a Bugaboo product is out of stock or expected in an upcoming shipment, you can secure one by placing a pre-order with us.

You can also use the pre-order option if you are planning ahead and would like to select a specific delivery date that suits you best.

We charge a 10,000 ISK confirmation fee, which guarantees that the product is reserved for you when it next arrives. This amount is then deducted from the total price upon delivery.

 

- How do I place a pre-order?

You can place a pre-order in two ways:

• In our store in Ármúli

• By contacting us via email at petit (at) petit.is

Once the confirmation fee has been paid, your pre-order is secured.

 

- What information do you need from me?

To process a pre-order, we require:

• Full name

• Phone number

• Email address

• Preferred delivery date

 

- When will I receive my product?

The estimated delivery time is generally 2–3 weeks, though this may vary depending on the specific model and current availability from the manufacturer.

We will always keep you informed if anything changes.

 

- What happens when the product arrives? As soon as the product arrives, we will contact you and have it ready for collection at our store.

 

- Do I have to pay the full amount in advance?

No — you only pay a 10,000 ISK deposit when placing a pre-order.

The remaining balance is paid upon collection.

 

- Can I add more items to my order?

Yes, absolutely!

You can add items right up until the time of collection, and we will include them in your order.

 

- What happens if there is a delay in delivery?

Occasionally, delays may occur due to high demand for Bugaboo products in Europe.

Should this happen:

• We will notify you immediately.

• We will offer alternative solutions, if possible.

• We will do our absolute best to keep any delays to a minimum.

 

- Why should I pre-order?

Bugaboo products often sell out very quickly—especially popular models and colors.

 

By pre-ordering, you:

• Secure an item from the next incoming shipment.

• Reduce the risk of missing out if production is limited.
